Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational therapists (OTs) help patients with disabilities, injuries, illness or mental health issues. They help patients with daily life activities such as feeding themselves, getting ready for work without assistance, using public transportation, and participating in school, recover and cope through the use of common, everyday tasks. Usually working one-on-one with patients, they also will watch how the patient do tasks ask questions and look over medical history, create treatment plans and goals, show patients how to use adaptive technology, demonstrate exercises to relieve pain and increase mobility, and much more. Our therapists work with a range of different patients such as helping the elderly use adaptive technology or outfitting their home so that they can stay independent, working with autistic children, working with the disabled or injured to use eating tools, wheelchairs and other equipment, or showing a newly disabled person how to cope and work with their current condition.
Speech Therapy
At Dynamic Home Health Services, our licensed speech-language pathologists evaluate and treat a number of different speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. For example, if a patient has slurred speech due to a stroke, head injury, or neurological disease, we can help improve speech sound production. We can also help patients deal with language issues, such as trouble finding the right words or difficulty forming complete statements. In addition, we work with patients with cognitive difficulties, including problems with short-term memory, organization, and planning.

Medical Social Worker
Our Medical Social Worker services keep your dignity in the forefront of our care. Our Medical social workers are responsible for offering the support and resources that patients and caregivers need in order to fully recover from a medical illness or injury as well as the resulting emotional, physical, or psychological concerns. After performing a comprehensive assessment of a patient’s support needs, they work with the patient’s family, support system, and other health service providers to coordinate an individualized discharge plan for in- equipment, transportation, meal plans, counseling, or other follow-up treatments. Medical social home medical workers arrange all available resources to ensure patients recover and achieve optimal well-being.
Our Medical social workers will also complete psychological assessment, develop discharge plans, arrange home care services, provide appropriate referrals, offering support groups, and advocating for patients and their families. They also work with patients with ranging medical situations from traumatic sexual assault to terminal cancer diagnosis; their duties tend to change according to each patient’s individual needs. They also are responsible for providing psycho-social support, grief counseling.
