Please note that due to the press of day-to-day operations we cannot promise responses in less than 72 hours – but we will TRY to do better than that. Since you will be addressing questions to people such as our Medical Director, our Director of Nursing and our Insurance Coordinator please understand that they will make every effort to answer your questions as rapidly and completely as is possible…but that even the simplest answer takes time.
